Unfortunately the pool / spa area is grubby. From a long time of not being cleaned properly.

"For our 4 night stay everything was good. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had catering at the FOCUS festival in Newark. The staff were cheerful and helpful.
Our only gripe was that the lift was out of order for the whole 4 days, so we had a bit of a climb to the 2nd floor."

"A lovely comfortable bed in the room. It was nice and clean and the hotel was very quiet, despite other guests and diners there. The breakfast was delicious the next morning and the staff were so friendly and polite throughout our stay. Would highly recommend. A great place to stay and eat"
