"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't know how to locate parking, as there were no instructions on where the parking lot was, and I had to call the hotel ahead of time to open access to the parking lot. This resulted in a large check-in delay and unnecessary stress. The staff were excellent and helpful which made the stay better than expected."
