"Great stay"

"Much better this time, they fixed the fire alarm...... Same issue with the risotto though, too much cheese. This time I was in room 69 and it was still too hot, the curtains don't fit the window and the gaps around the door made it quite light at night. The towel rail was off and the extractor fan was better. "

"Breakfast had a fairly good range, although no yoghurt on both days and no pastries on the second. The room was clean, however there were hairs on the bath room floor, which went on to the floor mat. There were no coffee cups in the room, I did request these, but had to go and get from the restaurant a few hours later. Ac could not be switched on below 19•c it got very warm in the room, the window had security locks, so we’re unable to get enough of a breeze. The food was lovely, a good choice of evening meals. "

"No where to park for drop off, being so close to the airport, there are double red lines everywhere. We hope we dont get a £100 parking charge!!"

"Great parking. Rooms are clean / shower was a little broken Half the lockers in spa do not work. Massage was good. Dinner was good. Breakfast we were a few mins before closing they wouldn’t let us in. Beautiful grounds. "
