"We had a nice large room and bathroom. Spotlessly clean with a sofa. A welcoming array of tea/coffee with biscuits. Our only slight disapointment was that breakfast was a little greasy .
Excellent location with great friendly staff."

"Superb location, peaceful and beautiful. Close to Melrose itself, which is packed with walks and interesting shops and places to eat and drink. Lovely hosts who are friendly and welcoming. The actual property was comfortable, spacious and a splendid place to me. I cannot recommend the whole package highly enough."

"What a find for our whistle stop tour across Scotland . Beautiful peaceful site. Everything you need in accommodation. ( I love s/c when hosts leave cleaning stuff etc as I like to leave how I find !) wish I knew about coffee pod machine as would have got some hot choc pods for myself , but hubbie was chuffed with it . "Great property, clean, excellent master bedroom, well equiped, brilliant location and in a peaceful spot, however the hot tub stopped working / went to standby mode and couldnt be used so felt like the one main reason we booked this property and couldnt use it.
The stairs are very steep and were difficult to go up and down.
Ideal for kielder and surrounding areas. "
