"DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER and here is your proof when I pulled in to the car park I thought what have I booked? But what I a lovely surprise bean I went inside clean friendly staff with great clean spacious rooms with equipped with tea, coffee biscuits, towels in the bathroom with shampoo soap and breakfast was very good and plenty of it and served from 06:30 so time to eat it and get to work so 5 stars all round"

"Great hotel I'm central location and close to transport links. Arrived to check in and a warm cookie - checks for allergies done at the same time. Was a short trip so didn't use the hotel facilities but would stay again."

"What a great find. Cave Castle is a lovely hotel and the staff are amazing. I contacted the hotel a few days before with some requests regarding my wife as she has mobility issues. One was for the room to be on the ground floor or close to the lift and the other was for extra pillows as my wife has to sleep upright.
When we arrived the staff on reception pulled out our check0in notes and informed us that everything was set up as per our request.

"Lovely accommodation in a great village. Good good but a little expensive. Hotel room was comfortable and modernised but bathroom was a little tired although it had a great shower with plenty of power and hot water. Drinks provided in room. Great price for good rooms."

"Staff are great, as soon as you enter and make your way to reception you are greeted with warm and friendly staff. Good quick sufficient checking in. The room looked at bit tired, shower pressure was good but the shower was like something from the 80’s. The room was large and great view of the marina. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. For the price I think the rooms did not match up well. "
