"The moment you enter the hotel you are engulfed in a bubble of lovely scented fragrances all the way to your room. The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful. I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol. The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point! "Nice hotel, got some great parts done ok parts. Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great. The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any...

"Staff were friendly, efficient, happy and really looked after us well. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, food was stunning, great choice, super quality.
