"Overall the staff was great, especially Juanita, Akeem and Akiel. There was one very unfriendly bartender, but everyone else was helpful and friendly. Just don’t count on accommodation if you have mobility issues. As soon as I booked I requested a ground floor room and we were put on the second floor in a building with no elevator.
I think we would have had a very different experience had the sargassum not been so bad during our stay. We tried to enjoy the pool, but the rules were not...

"First off, the property was very well maintained and the layout was completely impressive! The staff was so helpful and well trained as well as so courteous. I would definitely be revisiting this establishment again in the near future, and recommending this site to family and friends! Thank you for the heartfelt memories granted by your staff and team. Plus the restaurant experiences were out of this world!!!"

"Vacationers BEWARE! This property does not reflect the photos online. This property is very run down and there is no beach access due to massive erosion. The shower had mold inside, there were cigarette burn holes in the furniture, the throw pillow had a hole in it, the outside furniture was falling apart. We checked in like people normally do, but when we went into our room we knew right away this was not suitable for the amount of money we paid for this vacation. We went by the pool to figure...

"The staff is very professional and kind. They were kind above what they needed to be. As a solo traveler, I felt secure and at ease. The on site restaurant staff were great as well. The bed was comfortable and the overall room was perfect for me. I also enjoyed my garden patio. I was impressed with the size of the patio, it was not tiny with room to move about and have a couple guests comfortably. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends. I loved my experience."
