First, the condo is on the 3rd floor. I was unaware of this fact until a few days before. This property does not have an elevator. For most people this may not be an issue however I have a severe heart condition. I’m a single mom on vacation with my child. I had no one to help me lug suitcases up...

"The condo was clean, smells clean and was very comfortable, especially the beds. The pool area was clean and well maintained but the condo association (separate entity) is not keeping up the outside repairs of the buildings at all and mildew does exist on the outside only! "
