"Stayed for a long weekend, excellent location and friendly reception and bar staff.
Small standard rooms, clean and well supplied with quality toiletries.
Nice selection for breakfast and lots of options for coffee and teas.
Evening bar staff at Haxells excellent choice of cocktails and friendly with all guests making the stay relaxed and enjoyable."

"Excellent staff. Very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. My so fell ill while we were on vacation and the staff was super helpful getting me cleaning supplies, linens, ice, water and anything I needed.
Alan Clement’s actually delivered linens personally to us late in the evening. "

"This location does not have car service or a shuttle as shown on the Expedia profile. They simply will call you a taxi. There is one very tiny lift within the building. The building has steps to climb with no ramp for those with mobility issues. The location is nice. It is near restaurants, tube stations, and some shopping. "

"Located in best area, close to Hyde Park and Marble Arch Tube station as well as directly on Oxford Street. Rooms are clean, beds are fine but for the next time, I prefer a room on an upper level. We had a room on the first floor with view into the patio and it was really dark. Besides our room wasn't prepared at regular check in time 3pm, we had to wait another 45minutes. Not so nice and the lobby was overcrowded. To be more specific: the organization could be better and quicker. "
