Khách sạn Epsom

"Quaint and gorgeous building and rooms! Only thing I'd suggest is that the owners put lamps in rooms to augment the LED lighting (for travelers like me whose eyes don't do so well with the LED frequencies). Other than that, the hotel was lovely, as were the staff!"

"Staff were very helpful breakfast was very good"

"Was fairly cheap compared to nearby hotels with a pub next door and a petrol station/shop nearby. It's an ex-premier inn and was comfortable enough. The bathroom was a bit on the grotty side. The grab and go breakfast was a shambles. I ordered it to the room on Monday for 0730 and it came at 0715, Wednesday it was ordered for 0720 and it came at 0650 and the coffee was a mocha instead of what I asked for, each time I was woken up before my alarm, not happy at all. This morning it came on...

"The staff were great. The hotel itself was dated. This is not Premier Inn in central Epsom with air-conditioning. That is a different Premier Inn with a similar name. Don't get confused like I did. I specifically wanted the air conditioning and was unpleasantly surprised when we arrived. This hotel is not designed for a heat wave. We had to leave after two nights because the room was dangerously hot and humid. Having a bath was useful in reducing core temp. We filled it with water from the cold...

"Across from tube station, clean and welcoming. They let us store our bags prior to check in and freshen up without any issues"

"Our first visit to London and we stayed at the St Jame's Taj was a great centralized location. We had the best time. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is a boutique feel. It was perfect! We will definitely stay here again!"

"Great"

"I was very disappointed by the Rembrandt. It was very expensive for the condition of the hotel and amenities We had problems with the hot water, our first night it was luke warm. We found the next day that hot water came through the shower but it was very badly regulated it went from tepid to scalding so had to be very cautious. Also the handle cover was broken and my partner caught there hand on the sharp plastic turning off the shower The charging point on the lamp was broken and we had no...

"Very helpful staff, lovely room and great breakfast"

"Great hotel in perfect location of the city! Definitely going to come back in my future travels."

"The location was convenient. The check-in staff were somewhat helpful, but not what I was expecting. The staff in the cocktail bar were very friendly and went above and beyond. It’s a beautiful old hotel. There was work being done on the hotel which diminished some of the charm."
