"Stay here allot, basic hotel with friendly staff. Close to Main Street and my office in London. Breakfast is also quite good."

"When the reception desk was manned the staff were very helpful but we were extremely disappointed with the room, specifically the bathroom. While not dirty, it was in very bad condition and in dire need of refurbishment. There was not a separate shower so the shower head was in the bath and the bath was high and narrow and in very poor condition as was the bathroom floor."

"Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste."

"Great location right in the middle of Epsom race course, breakfast was nice and continually topped up. Only improvement to be made would be to add a swimming pool."

"Our room was not particularly clean, also it was very shabby, also the shower was very small and did not work properly. The toilet seat did not fit. Everything was very old and it was not nice. It is a guest house not a hotel. Car park fine and position to Wimbledon was quite good, but we would definitely not stay there again."

Eggs were cold, sausage didn't taste of anything and bacon looked like it had been boiled rather than fried."

"Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!"
