"Extremely friendly and courteous staff, in particular the lady who checked us in and the breakfast team.
The hotel is being systematically renovated and the public areas are of a high standard. Our room was clean and well maintained and whilst the bathroom was clean and functional it would have benefited from being renovated. That said, there was nothing seriously wrong with it.
The price we paid represented excellent value for money.
Free and secure parking in a dedicated building adjacent...

"Very charming hotel, beautiful courtyard. I am very happy I got to experience this 800 year old hotel with such a pretty site especially that I came all the way from San Francisco.
The only common is that we happened to stay during the heatwave, the room is extremely hot, and the room facing the street it is loud with party peorple walking by and talking loud - drunk on a Sat. night.
Otherwise, I love my stay and highly recommended."

"Motel about 5 miles north of Salisbury. Room very spacious and cool in a very hot week, on-site restaurant, lots of parking. Staff always friendly and helpful
Breakfast buffet a bit disorganised and quality variable
Not many amenities nearby"

"This was a lovely place that I would go to again and again. The hotel itself was stunning, the staff were very helpful and thoughtful, and the food was fantastic. The only concern is the stairs are uneven, so just be careful if you’re unsteady. Other than that, delightful experience."

"Set on a motorway services type estate with plenty of parking, car charging and food drive throughs. Not picturesque, you cant walk out to a pub/village. Wouldnt have stayed if known about the setting. Very close to Stonehenge which is why most might stay here."

"Very pretty property, with a great view. A little distance from the city center, but they run a most friendly and flexible shuttle into town that works great, very good idea and a very commendable effort. Breakfast is good. We had a large room (2 adults 2 kids) very spacious. Some aspects of maintenance could be improved, but it is always a challenge with these country homes, they have the charm, but not everything is impecable. A little on the expensive side, but reasonable. Great parking."
