"Great building, location and staff. “Executive” room (402) was on 4th floor, lift only goes to 3rd floor. On arrival on 4th floor, no corridor lighting so had to use light on phone to see room number. Room was especially small; same applies to 409, others on floor significantly larger. "Room was huge but a bit dark. Bathroom a little dated - shower didn't maintain a constant temperature and was a bit weak. Absolutely spotless. Had to hunt for a hair towel and tea and coffee facilities. No iron - but there was an ironing board. Staff really friendly and helpful. Great porridge and selection at breakfast. Great location near to town centre with reasonable and safe parking."

"Lovely hotel with very welcoming staff. Allowed us to check in early which was an added bonus. Nice clean room with every thing you need for a comfy, stress free stay. Will defo stay here again if ever visiting Leeds. "

"Overall, a good stay but there were some things that needed improving. My room cards kept deactivating (and after the first time I kept away from my bank cards) so that was really annoying having to go to and from the reception. One of the cleans, I was left a dirty teaspoon to use for tea and coffee. The gym was good and the staff were friendly though. The room was a good size but the air conditioning was very poor so had to keep the window open"
