"Ce fut une première expérience dans cette chaîne d’hôtel pour nous et celle à l’Hôtel du Vin de Stratford upon Avon fut très réussie. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec des attentions portées pour que notre séjour soit le plus confortable possible. Nous étions en demi-pension (déjeuners et soupers); le restaurant offre une excellente qualité avec des plats bien soignés. Le service fut absolument impeccable du début à la fin. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les jeunes femmes à la réception, pleines de ressources pour nous aider et conseiller et toute l’équipe de la salle à manger. Formidable expérience !"

"Room was so dirty, spiderwebs coming from the lights. Carpets were filthy so were the walls. Lamp looked like it was covered in sick, shower had dirt and mould in it. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Hair over back of the toilet and in the bath."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working which made room too hot and stuffy so I didn’t get a good nights sleep but everything else was fine "

"Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me. "
