"The property was modern, clean and the onsen with a view was such an invaluable perk. We used it daily sometimes twice a day. It gets very busy in the later evening after dinner. The staff was very helpful. There are coin operated laundry machines which are very helpful but they get quite full around the evening hours. "

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the train station, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located around the corner. I’ve stayed at another Smile Hotel property before, and this one is definitely a big improvement. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience."
