I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is friendly and multilingual. The beds were comfortable and the pillows lured you to sleep. It’s a wonderful hotel and we deeply appreciate the hospitality.

Great Design, but Lacks Nearby Amenities

The hotel's location is convenient for commuting, but it lacks direct access to an underground walkway. After exiting the nearest station, you need to walk outside for about 5-8 minutes to reach the hotel. There aren’t many restaurants or quality cafes nearby; most options require a 10-minute walk, which can be challenging in the summer heat of Osaka. On a positive note, the hotel is new and features a nice design. However, the service was just okay. The staff seemed quite young and inexperienced.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lounge im obersten Stockwerk bietet gerade Nachmittags und Abends kostenlos hochwertige Getränke ( zum Teil auch mit Alkohol) und eine kleinen Snack an. Es werden kostenlose DIY Workshops angeboten. Das Zimmer bot genug Platz um zwei Koffer auf dem Boden auszulegen. Es war sehr stimmig und funktional eingerichtet. Zu beachten gilt allerdings, dass die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden konnten und ein großteil der Zimmer (bis auf die Eckzimmer) nur den Blick auf die jeweiligen neben an stehenden Gebäude hat (Schachtähnlich).

Lovely little hotel with a great location. The rooms are new, clean and completely scent free. Bedding is fragrance free. I have fragrance sensitivities, so this was of particular concern for me. Note: if you have issues with fragrance chemicals as well - they do use a diffuser in the main lobby, which did bother my lungs when I needed to spend time down there. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room I had faced away from the busy road at front and was completely silent. I did notice that there was no traffic noise upstairs in lounge which is directly over the freeway, so very well soundproofed on that side. The upstairs lounge a lovely extra space to relax in. Definitely recommend.

14樓茶水喝到飽，時間限定的酒精時間很舒服。 回房休息前可以喝個兩杯排解疲勞。很棒。雖然周遭沒有太熱鬧的購物點，但地鐵算方便，往梅田或是道頓掘都算近。整體來說很不錯
