"The staff and environment was exceptional! The location was very good, really close to ao nang but out of the craziness and touristy spot of ao nang. The only reason this wasnt a 5 star review was that it was a little outdated and the WiFi was sometimes a little slow, however everything worked and we would revist this place if we were ever back. "

The breakfast was brilliant and the location was fantastic, perfect side to watch a sunrise and very short walk to watch it set on the West side. Rooms were the small problem, it just needs investment as all a little dated. Staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. "
