"I like the fact that the beach was fairly close to the hotel. But the hotel is very noisy. The rooms are not sound proofed, like many other hotels. The traffic from the road is very loud. In addition, we heard loud music from cars and banging all night long, which appeared to be from maintenance. The mattresses are old and the beach equipment provided is very basic for the amount they charge on a daily basis for resort fees. The buffet for breakfast had minimal fruit and the food itself was not fresh, but store-bought; Such as breakfast sandwiches and French toast. There are not enough elevators from the main floor, causing long wait times. There should be separate staff elevators as well, so elevator keys cannot be used to hold an elevator from being used to move large carts of laundry through the ones that the guests use, causing longer wait times."

"This property location is amazing. Right across the street from the beach and close to dining and shopping. I got a city view room, which didn't have much of any view. Except of the construction of a building behind us, we were put on the 5th floor. The patio had planters with dead flowers. The room was spacious but had lost of wear and tear. Scuffs on the walls and the furniture was chipped and just dated. The TV was huge and the bathroom area was nice and the shower had great pressure with different shower head options. We ate at the swim bar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the food was good for all. I got coffee from Kai coffee every morning and the coffee cake is yummy. I had booked this trip in January and there was no notification about construction going on at the hotel. The giant waterfall wasn't in service and the noise at times was a bit frustrating. When you go away on vacation you want some quiet time and not have to navigate construction. Overall though, the property is nice and great staff."
