"Excellent hotel for families. Spacious room with four separate beds. The location can’t be beat - right next to the Universal Studios Japan entrance. Right next to the subway station. The highlight for me was the natural hot spring onsite. Great way to relax after a long travel and all day at USJ. "

"Close to train station. Convenient store attached to the hotel was such a treat. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Amenities were awesome. Pajamas were provided as well slippers, tooth brush, tooth paste, hair brush, etc. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again."

"Property was lovely. We stayed in the room that had 3 beds, a kitchenette and washer/dryer (so handy!). Room was clean and spacious by Japan standards, staff were amazing, and the hotel provided free unlimited self-serve Starbucks coffee (hot or cold flavoured lattes, cappuccino, etc.). We loved it so much we stayed an extra night but had to move room types as the room we were in was unavailable. Our second room was the superior triple room on the 9th floor. This floor had access to its own lounge with snacks like chocolate covered pretzels and curb nuts as well as another Starbucks coffee machine and pop machine. Also in this floor you receive premium amenity kits which we loved. Location is great - a short walk to Nipponbashi, Shinsekai, Dotonbori and kitchen street."
