"Good food, good service, the beach is flawless.
Our son had his bracelet fall off in the pool 24th after getting there and it’s an $80 charge. We hassled them everyday to not charge us because it’s obviously not his fault, upon checkout we got it cut to $40. FYI my own bracelet also fell off at night just in my room when I was doing nothing at all. An adult lost bracelet may cost way more, so consider adding your own tape or taping it to another bracelet so it doesn’t come off.

"Booked a room with an ocean view and was given partial view. Vanity light in room didn’t work and was broken, called to make a report and no one came to check it out. Found a cockroach in our room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but conditions could be better. Room service food was honestly so nasty. Kind of annoying that all pool/beach chairs said “no reserving” and everyone left their towels since the early morning. I did enjoy that it was pretty quiet and not as hectic as the kids...

"Rooms are dated but clean. Our unit was a great view but over a bunch of air conditioning units. Very noisy. Did not like paying $26 Can. For 2 drinks tho. Happy hour needs to be longer like it used to be and have any drink too for one like it used to be as well and staying there for a long time still a great place but needs improvements for sure."

"Building and grounds were well taken care of and the rooms were clean and modern. We got updated to a lovely two bedroom suite and loved the view and outdoor pools! Staff were friendly and felt safe the entire week. Beaches and excursions were great and food was as expected. Could have stepped it up for specialty dinner reservations such as Italian night but overall great experience overall. Will definitely be visiting again!"
