"Very nice stay, check in was smooth. Room was clean and tidy. Good shower, black out curtains. Coffee, tea etc provided. Ironing board in room but couldn't find a safe. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very nice. Overall we were very happy with our stay."

"My wife and I stayed at the Prince Rupert Hotel for one night and we were delighted by its location (right in the centre of town), its cleanliness and the charming staff. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast there. We did find that our room and some of the hotel decoration was 'tired' and could do with a touch up - but that is a small quibble about a historic hotel and should not detract from our very enjoyable stay. "Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool.
To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too!
All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff.
Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. This will be a regular stop off for us whilst visiting my daughter in Liverpool.
All I can say is Thank you .

"Had a 2 night stay at this property, very happy with our visit, couldn't really fault it to be fair, as we didn't really spend a lot of time there apart from our first night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy, the staff were very helpful and cheerful, had breakfast on both mornings, opted for the classic breakfast, which was ample, the bar was well stocked and plenty staff serving.
If I was to be picky, it is very minor points, I requested a twin room, but had a room for disabled...
