"Hôtel très bien situé pour le ski! Le local à ski est sécurisé et les chaussures de skis sont chauffées :) En sortant du local, vous achetez votre forfait en face et hop vous êtes sur les pistes (20mètres) Le SPA est magnifique, l'eau bien chaude, avec plein de jets pour masser le dos et les jambes Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y a du vrai jambon découpé. Seul bémol, notre chambre était un peu vieillotte, mais on pouvait régler le chauffage (souvent on dort mal car le chauffage centralisé...

Der Spa-Bereich ist angenehm kann ggf. aber auch in der Hauptsaison schnell voll werden.Er war in der Zeit meiner Anwesenheit nicht stark besucht. Schöne Wandertouren für jedes Level sind vom Hotel aus einfach zu beginnen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Werde sicher wieder kommen."

"We had the best stay at Els Llacs- the apartment was lovely, had a beautiful view of the river and it was a great addition to have the spa downstairs There is a supermarket immediately opposite which is great and Soldeu is only 5 minutes away with good coffee and food options "

"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. "The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)"

"Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest.
