"We came to see Taylor Swift and the lobby was so great. They had it all done up for the concert. Bracelet station, refreshments and even a cardboard cut out of Taylor. My daughter loved it. Also after the show room service at 1am was perfect! "

"Location was a 10! Breakfast very good. Bathroom renovated and nice even though it was a little hard to get the shower head into the right position and one time I flooded the bathroom! However, I give the bed a 1! My friend thought it was fine because, apparently, she likes beds that are a hard as a rock! I ended up requesting 3 additional duvets and doubled them over to provide some mattress padding. After that, it wasn't too bad. Also, not sure what was up with our particular room, but...

"Love this hotel its really nice.chef had to come and kick the bathroom door in as the lock jammed and my partner was stuck in there a hour but thats no reflection on the hotel.the one thing that disturbed me was i booked a double room it was a twin when i got in they swiftly changed it to a double i knew this as id extended my stay and theyd kindly not turfed me out at 11 to come back in at 3 but on the last night the double mattress had been changed to 2 single mattresses which is not right...

"We booked a nights stay as we have recently booked our wedding at this hotel, we couldn't of asked for a better place to get married, rooms were excellent, spa was busy but it was valentine's weekend and the food was superb. We are more than happy to share with our family and friends after our nights stay"
