"I would have loved to have a washing machine available. Other than that, it was extremely comfortable and convenient! Walking distance to a 7-11, Lawson’s, Kyoto Station, and Avanti. Rooms were much larger than I expected them to be! Perfectly comfortable for 3 ppl. I could have easily fit 2 more ppl in there."

"The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the breakfast options were good too. It’s worth bearing in mind that the rooms were not serviced every day, as part of their hotel policy; but the service was available on request. Lovely Onsen too!"

"it was a busy hotel, with big check in groups. didn't feel anything special when checking in. If this is a 4-star hotel, it certainly was not one. We had a room on 2nd floor, that looked to the weed area on lower roof area. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but ended up leaving after 2 nights, there wasn't a wow factor in any way. Room was basic, bathroom was small. We bought buffet breakfast one morning and it was very meager - was not worth the price of $30. All in all, we would not stay there again."

"The self check-in process had some issues as the pre check-in link sent never worked. However one of the front desk girls helped us complete the check-in quickly. The hotel location was great as we were walking distance to the main sightseeing locations and also the subway station, which was really convenient for a couple of day-trips we did to Nara and Osaka. We left behind my prescription glasses and the staff helped us getting these shipped to our Hotel in Hiroshima! This was a great place to stay and would highly recommend it."
