Plenty of space for all guests except during drumming show Sunday evenings - Our only frustration was the poor internet service - we had a bit of medical work to handle and could not connect to and maintain connection with internet in our rooms. Our onsen and room was fabulous. "

"The property has a lovely relaxing resort feel which was welcome after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto ! The rooms are very spacious .. we upgraded to the ocean view room which was definitely worth it ! The balcony and view was amazing ! The breakfast was a lovely inclusion. , enough Western options . We had dinner there as well and was good . Tried out the onsen which was very relaxing and did help my sore joints ! The town of Atami is a bit run down , but the temple is nice and...

"Man this place was cool, staff was awesome too, great view definitely a little hike up a hill but it’s not far from the station and the surrounding area is so beautiful it didn’t even matter, super close to that waterfall walkway thing which is awesome, it’s just a great area loved it, and the bathtub was awesome, I definitely wore my kimono wrong but the staff was so nice reguardless made me feel very nice. and the japanese experience is REAL here aswell"

"This hotel booking included half board. We requested our special needs and we were extremely happy with the meal preparation and presentation. The public bath/onsen was good and so was the private onsen in the room. The transportation was timely and staff even helped us to load and unload our luggage. Overall very happy with stay and will recommend this hotel to the guests who want to experience upscale japanese hotel experience."

"This was a unique experience. The 2 indoor and 1 outdoor onsen were very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The traditional Japanese food was beautifully presented and tasty. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. About 25 minutes walk from Gora station if you are dragging heavy cases up the hill! Otherwise about 15 minutes. "
