"The staff was courteous. The room was beautiful n spotless. But the refrigerators weren't working correctly n my food that I brought was spoiled. Ms. Gwendolyn, provided excellent service and Ms. Sophia, provided discount for my stayed. Also the showers needs to be repaired, it leaked when taking showers. Water was all over the floors, so we put towels on the floor to soak up the water. *At the restaurant Alex was an awesome server, highly recommend him*."

"The property is absolutely beautiful. Staff was very friendly and everything was kept up so nice. There's a nice restaurant with many choices, nice little convenience store and a tram that takes you to the airport or down to Duval Street every hour. There's also a tram that will take you to the beach and that's all included in your stay. Concierge service was delightful and trying to accommodate you to make sure you have the best time during your vacation. There are all kinds of bikes and golf...
