"We stayed at Margaritaville for the second time over the last two years. The year before I was fully ambulatory and this past year, I was not. Because of my balance issue. There were a handicap entrance and a ramp to the pool. No where else was there any handicap doors. If we went to breakfast no handicap doors, to our room, no handicap doors from the lobby to our room."

"Great location. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. We had a queen suite which had an area with a sink, microwave and fridge. They supplied some dishes, glassware and silverware. The pool area has nice seating areas. They have a coffee bar by the pool area with coffee and tea throughout the day."

"Beach was very nice to have just a few steps from the room. The seaweed was annoying at times, but the staff made great efforts to keep it cleaned up. Great views of boats and bigger boats. "

"The sunset was gorgeous. But the Caribbean Chicken was waaaay too spicy to eat. Plus we paid $20 a piece extra to get high shelf liquor in our drinks and it was watered down and not the quality of the bottle."

"The room was small, but very clean and in close proximity to most of the Key West activities. A bit expensive, but not much more so than others in the area. My only complaint is that we are on Motorcycles and specifically check to see that there was on-site parking and there was none. The agent at the desk said that the problem was with Hotels.com listing and it is supposedly wrong. We had to park about 3 blocks away at an unattended lot. There were no problems, but we didn’t get what we expected and supposedly paid for. "
