"Absolutely delightful hotel. Me and a friend booked a room each for the Hay Festival, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The staff were wonderful; helpful, friendly, even showed us to our rooms. The location was great, not too far away but far enough that I’d was quiet and tranquil. The breakfast is well worth the money, as is the Old Barn pub across the road, where we ate that night. A fantastic stay, I can’t wait to return with my husband next time."

The location was great - great right in the middle of Ludlow. Only downside was that you could hear people sitting in the garden of the pub until 11pm. "Very clean, modern apartment in very central pedestrian area. Looks down on the Hereford Bull. If you are light sleeper it can be noisy with late night revellers but it didn’t bother us. Also a market appeared right outside on Saturday. Parking was easy in the nearby car park ( less than 5 mins walk) Overall great apartment with lots within a couple of minutes walk but it maybe too central for some"
