"Very friendly"

"It was the most comfortable place I have enjoyed to stay and being there made a first time trip to Hanoi that much better. It was outstanding."

"Excellent Hotel, nothing was too much trouble.Very comfortable beds"

"The hotel has been downgraded than the last time i stayed in 2 years ago. No baggage assistance, no free parking (in old town so may be normal). But the receptionists is friendly. "

We surprised of this hotel decoration, setup - super new and comfortable: huge bed, nice view with balcony, big bathroom with bathtub too.
