"The hotel has been downgraded than the last time i stayed in 2 years ago. No baggage assistance, no free parking (in old town so may be normal). But the receptionists is friendly. "

"The hotel is very nice and located in the Old Quarter close to many attractions and restaurants. It was also very convenient to be picked up for tours. The staff are very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel arranged the transport from and to the airport for very reasonable rates. The manager went out of the way and spent much time in helping us resolve the issue of an incorrect date of birth of one of the travellers on our group. The staff were always smiling and welcoming when we met them...

"Lovely hotel right in the heart of Hanoi old town. Convenient for restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and staff friendly even if the dense nature of the area means the view was that of an escape ladder. We did have a minor issue which was sorted incredibly well and left us satisfied."
