"I DID NOT LIKE STAYING THERE MY CHECK IN TIME WAS 4PM I GOT MY ROOM AT 8PM MY KIDS WERE TIED I WISH I WOULD HAVE STAYED SOME WERE ELSE FOR THE PRICE I PAIED ,NO MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM I HAVE TO ALMOST TEN TIMES JUST TO HEAT UP THE MILK. I WONT GIVE ANY STAR"

"This is an historic hotel in LA. That's one of the things that made me select it...but once I got there and the awe factor passed, the hotel is showing its age. Is due for an upgrade specially at the rooms. Nothing is really bad, beds are comfortable, room is clean, etc. but I don't think is a 4 star Hotel anymore and definitely not worth the price tag, if you add the mandatory valet parking cost, it adds up quickly."

"Excellent! If you want easy access to museums in DTLA. However, i have to say if you call the hotel and want anything - like a receipt, credit for staying, or to just check whether they found something you might have left behind, finding an actual human to talk to might be impossible. Marriott is fine as long as you are on premises - after that its all next to impossible to get assistance. If you do get through, you will have to go through hoops to get what you need because marriott has many many processes."
