"We had a flight home at a very early hour from Geneva so decided to stay close to the airport on our last night. The room was nice and spacious and had what we needed. There was only one bottled water in the room and I asked the front desk for another since there were two of us in the room but he said we only get one per stay! However we thought it was a nice touch to have complementary fruit, yogurt, mini pastry and coffee on the main lobby counter when we were leaving at 5 am. The shuttle was right on time and we made our flight easily."

"We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect, the hotel had great views facing Lake Annecy and the mountains, the little cafe in the lobby had a good selection of food, breakfast was amazing as was the dinner. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, with a modern decor."

"Excellent hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was the best I have ever hat at an hotel. Excellent quality and variety of food items. The location of the hotel on the edge of old town is a great benefit. I look forward to staying at Citizen M hotels in other locations."

"Good location. Excellent breakfast - great range of high quality fresh foods. Restaurant and bar area great. Lovely staff. Rooms a bit basic and not keen on the shower and toilet cubicles. Depends what you want from a city hotel. We were not in the room a lot so the other strong points made it a good stay for us."
