"The breakfast buffet was very good, large selection of hot and cold foods. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and liked that the hotel is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. We had a little time before our check out so we walked to Jardim Botânico António Borges, which I would recommend, it was beautiful. My only complaint would be the strong smell in the lobby. I don't know if it was air freshener or cleaning products, it was just way too strong."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking ticket for next morning, very convenient. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting Azores."

"The hotel is located near the center of the older part of Ponta Delgado. The rooms were well designed and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The bar and restaurant had convenient hours and the breakfast included with the stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit."
