"For some reason this city isn’t given the credit it should get for being a brilliant city destination. It is amazing and one of the most amazing things about it is this hotel. The tv in our room had blown speakers, the hairdryer had a loose connection and only worked when held at a certain angle and the charger for the iPad which controls lights etc was faulty. Only one lift was in operation leading to long waits to get up and down from the room to the hotel lobby"
