"Daniella was outstanding. Answered all our questions and helped us choose an excellent activity, when we wanted something different than other activities we had arranged. The thermal pools were amazing. Restaurant breakfast and the 1 supper we had there was so tasty. This hotel exceeded my expectations."

"The star was amazing and very kind and anything you needed you got right away! My Spanish was poor and I apologize and even then it didn't matter. There was one instance I came back from the hot spring and needed a towel, I didn't even say anything and someone I believe Dorian I think his name was came out of nowhere to give me a towel. Excellent service and people. Beautiful place as well!"

"Everything was a dream. The facilities are extremely nice, the service is outstanding, amenities are awesome. We loved the room, the resort restaurants and wine bar. Our favorites were the espresso bar and the hot springs! The gym could be a little bigger, but loved the yoga area too!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was impeccable. I loved the multiple thermal pool option and cold plunge. They even had an infinity pool towards the back of the resort.
