"Such a beautiful property, we had a lovely time! We came with 3 young kids and stayed in a Bayside Lanai room with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed, and it accomodated us well. We had a great time at the beach, walking around, painting shells, playing mini golf, swimming... The staff was very friendly and helpful and took care of all our needs and questions."

"Fantastic location. Room was dusty. Couldn’t use closet as a result. Bed was like a deathly futon. Restaurant was closed. Sent to bar for breakfast and service was slow. Avg overall. We love the location. "

"The hotel is beautiful and everything looks new and modern. The pools were amazing and heated and were available all day on date of check in and check out. The area does get busy when there are multiple events occurring at the same time. The restaurants and bars are nice but way too overpriced. The staff were kind but there were often not enough staff to help with the amount of customer. Overall I enjoyed my experience but paid way too much for it!"

"We stayed in the North Tower and were given a recently renovated room. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep all night due to a loud banging noise occurring every few minutes. We later realized it seemed to be coming from the air conditioning compressor or related system, which made a very loud banging sound each time before the fan shut off."

"Every day went there was very polite. It’s great for kids. The pool is open till 10. The slides do close early though at 5 PM I think."
