"I stayed here with my child while we were in town for Hamilton. We were put in a room directly across from the pool. She loved that! The whole stay was quiet out side of the occasional sirens outside. No hallway noise, no noise from pipes, even the heater and mini fridge were quiet. Everyone at the bell/valet stand was super nice. Josh at the front desk was amazing! We will absolutely stay again. "

"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...
