"We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and service. Very clean and a good dinner buffet. The hotel is a bit of a hike uphill. Google maps might tell you to approach from the right, go behind the hotel and come around to the entrance. This route has a bunch of uneven steps and is somewhat steep. It’s better to approach from the left side up a paved road with an even incline."

"This new hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and cozy. The onsen has a lovely view. Restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed. Staff are friendly, helpful, and provide service that was above & beyond. We’re already looking forward to visiting again! "
