"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help with any enquiry, our breakfast was wonderful and had a good selection for all. The room s hotel and pool were very clean and couldn’t fault anything the waiters and bar staff by the pool were fantastic and made our stay very welcoming."

"I truly enjoyed my stay - from staff to amenities . I want to come back! Please note that it is a small town so finding lots of restaurants open late will be hard and using Uber to go to the airport (or anywhere) will be nearly impossible. Ask front desk for planning and assistance with this. "

"Die Aussicht vom Spa Bereich und der ganzen Anlage ist super! Wir haben auch ein Zimmer mit Terrasse bekommen - danke auch dafür! Das Abendessen à la carte empfanden wir aber als zu teuer - insbesondere die Vorspeise bestehend aus 5 Cherrytomaten und einem Kleks Käse für 24 Chf. Das man am Abreisetag für die Nutzung von Spa und Pool zusätzlich zahlen muss nach 11:00 ist auch eher uncool. Das Personal war aber stets sehr freundlich und das Gesamterlebnis super."

"Great staff, really helpful and kind; one of the porters even let me borrow his own adapter as i'd brought a 2 pin EU adapter with me and this hotel uses the 3 pin type. Good breakfast - buffet style with enough hot and cold options, sweet and savoury. Would recommend this hotel already, but the location and transport links really help."

"Very centrally located hotel with friendly staff and a really good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The bed was a little bit too hard, but we slept well. Room was very clean and very quiet."

"Gute Lage zur City / Lido und See. Das Hotel eignet sich auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Die Zimmer bieten genügend Platz für eine Familie. Ebenfalls ist ein Pool und ein Spielplatz vorhanden. Am Pool sind Liegen und Badetücher kostenlos und in genügender Stückzahl vorhanden. Parkplätze sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden und können vorgängig reserviert werden. Der Check-In und der Check-Out gehen speditiv über die Bühne. Ich kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen."

"My wife and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The views were great! Just a tip...you need to reserve restaurant dinners several days in advance as they fill up quickly for local restaurants in the immediate area. The location of this hotel is not far from Bellagio but the ferry to Lezzeno ends earlier than other ferries so you need to plan accordingly or drive to Bellagio."
