"We were most impressed by the hotel, staff and facilities. Sunday night local restaurants were closed including the hotel restaurant so the bar was swamped. The staff did a good job but they were overwhelmed. Suggest you open the restaurant or extend the eating area in the bar on Sunday and put on more staff. To save on plastic and card packaging suggest you do not put plastic combs and razors in the room but put a sign saying toiletry items are available on request."

"Nice hotel with warm reception, but the room we were in had a very old bathroom, that has probably not been renovated in 20 or more years. The water pipes on the floor we were on had serious hammering or knocking when other rooms nearby use their bathrooms."

"Absolutely fabulous hotel, large, luxurious room and bathroom. Spotless. Breakfast was superb. It was pouring when we arrived and the porter came out, took the car keys, parked the car and brought our luggage up to the room. Amazing service."
