"he friendliness and attentiveness of the staff are what really sets it apart (special thanks to Rohan at Royce and Yash at Mixologist who took exceptional care of us). "I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially not to adults traveling without children. There were bugs in my room that were not cleaned up by housekeeping. My drinking water was not replaced. I only had one towel changed. Mostly it felt like a factory or an assembly line. "The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place.
