"This place has fallen into disrepair. There is no staff on premises- any issues require a call to Happy Rentals, which was very responsive but really, there needs to be someone at the property. We had a clogged shower that we just bought drain cleaner for and treated ourselves. The handrail in the elevator was laying on the floor when we arrived. After 2 days it was still there. My husband and I managed to reinstall it ourselves. Overall, for what we paid, not a good value. The town is lovely...

"Place where you find anything you need. The view from our room was amazing. Love the area and the people. Kevin and Nam were helpful and attentive. Best advice will be to call the property for check in arrangement; regardless if you come early or late. "

"Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Will definitely be back."

"Lovely customer service, very clean lovely stay"

"No14 Verbier - THANK YOU! First impressions were fabulous - from the moment we arrived in the Chalet stepping thro’ the imposing front door fatigue slipped away as our hosts greeted us with a professional, courteous and warm welcome. Before we could blink we were snuggled up in front of the fire mesmerised by the Swiss Alps drinking Champagne accompanied by freshly baked homemade treats. "It’s just amazing! Everything was great!"

"The place is great and has lots of amenities, the staff is very helpful. one big issue that we had- the tv is not a smart tv, and there isnt chromcast so there's no way of watching netflix or youtube on the tv, which is very suprising considering its 2026. Also, the parking costs money. Other than that, we had a great expereince."

"Exceptional residence with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. Everything is perfect - sizeable, comfortable rooms, well equiped, clean, well-maintained property - super swimming pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Staff were so helpful. Lots of things to do in Les Houches in the summer - lots of amenities, super mountain trails and so much more."

"Really clean and presentable. Modern apartment with nice kitchen, living area and bedrooms… balcony was a nice touch. Lots of paid parking available underneath complex. Early check in wasn’t an issue. Pool and hot tub were abit on the colder side for my liking. Nice sauna and steam room. Gym also available. Spacious ski locker available with the room. "

"Overall good, excellent food, friendly and professional staff, nicely decorated rooms and reception area but outdated bathrooms with no shower and insufficient heating."

"Amazing facilities, great location, lovely apartment - definitely got all you need for a family ski trip."
