"The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!"

"This is my second time at the hotel and it was another great experience. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The housekeeping staff are excellent. The reception and door staff very friendly and helpful. It took a long time to check in which was annoying but they were very busy.

"The hotel was nice and located in a good location for walking to the theater.
The hotel did not provide information on the Uber shuttle which would have saved me over $100++ had I known, there was no complimentary water in the room, and there was no refrigerator to use.

"The elevator situation was a nightmare. The hotel had two working elevators and yet one of them was mostly reserved for private events! It’s as if they didn’t care about their hotel guests. We often waited 25 minutes for an elevator. And the front desk responded “well one elevator has been broken for three weeks and it will get fixed today”. That never happened. This hotel

"Not nearly as comparable to other 5 stars in Manhattan. Rooms and elevators are dated. No coffee machine in the room. No mini bar or snacks for purchase in room. Shower was dated and had moldy tiles. Room was simple, nothing lavish or luxurious. Staff was helpful but not overly welcoming and warm. Will not stay again for the price."
