"Spent one night here after visiting the Southampton Boat Show, perfect location and a short walk to the show entrance as well as to the high street. The double room was immaculate and modern. The bathroom was immaculate too with a large walk in shower and had thick fluffy towels. The room has tea/coffee facilities, bottled water and biscuits too. TV in the wall was clear. "The penthouse is a great room, no it's a small apartment!; a fantastic space, well equipped with abundant and great facilities and it has a fantastic terrace with break-taking views. However, it is looking quite tired and there were a few issues, i.e. the freezer wasn't working, so we couldn't make ice. The wine fridge also wasn't working. A couple of lamps need bulbs replacing and the blind doesn't work in the bathroom. "
