"Chech in easy, staff very friendly. The room was very good, lighting under the bed came on when you walked by which was very useful in the night. Bar well organised and ample seating. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Rooms were luxurious. However, I had to change rooms because the toilet would not flush and I was informed that a plumber would not be called until the following day! Also, the internal lift that goes to the spa was not working, and another entrance was locked, meaning that guests had to go outside the hotel to enter the spa and pool. This is not ideal. Breakfast at the HarBar in the 6th floor was good but not outstanding. In short, this hotel needs more customer responsive management to reach its potential for 5 stars."

"The superior double room was clean, the bathroom was ok but the bath is small. The building is tired and in need of renovation. We used the spa and had a massage which was excellent. Breakfast was good."
