"All staff provided excellent customer care with a very friendly open and approachable manner We were early for check in so decided to wait in the reception area which is smart bright and vibrant, coffee and croissant were fabulous. On the downside our room was very tired and dated but clean, with very clean white bedding, for this I can forget the dated room. "

"Excellent, efficient restaurant. Only critique is the lack of a fridge in the room. We had a fire alarm at 6:30am because someone took a shower with the bathroom door open. Despite notice on door so it must be a frequent false alarm."

"Uniqueness & history of home… Beautiful home, be ready to walk up 3 1/2 floors if room is on top floor…. No lyft. Not a problem for a 17th century hm, just realize that- Would recommend a bathtub safety bar in rm 310#. Very sm tub, but nothing to help pull to get out of it! Rather comical trying to get out… just funny after 10 minutes… lol. Loved our stay…"
