Room and en suite were spacious and clean. Staff friendly and efficient. Good value for money. Dinner excellent and not overpriced, service a little slow though but as we were with friends it didn’t really matter. Could be a few high fibre cereal options at breakfast. Lovely stay and definitely recommend.

Staff I met, all very helpful and polite. Room was fab size, it was Huge. Bathroom decent enough with adequate shower..... Was a warm time July 2026......building was like an oven in areas....... Nice location and lots of parking..... Just an overnight stop.... Just needs some tlc and A/C to bring it up to date..

One night stay for a family wedding that was held on site, the room was clean and very comfortable, the food provided for the wedding breakfast was well cooked and very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building is a converted old country house and as such is a little tatty around the edges but this just adds to the charm.

It was fine, nothing spectacular. No air con in rooms, rooms are dated and could do with a face lift. Bed was comfy enough. Can't comment on the spa facilities as we didnt use. Also can't comment on food as we didnt eat on site.

The staff were excellent as was the breakfast. The gardens were lovely. The room was so hot we had to have the small fan that was provided, on all night. The curtains were thin so the light came in as soon as it was light !
