"I loved this hotel! The service was amazing, probably the best I have ever had anywhere and I am well traveled. Upon arrival, Ms. Rose greeted us kindly and we were welcomed with a nice welcome drink. What I loved the best is the service from every staff member. They addressed us by our names, we were surprised that everyone remembered and knew our names. We ate breakfast that was included at the restaurant every morning and Mr. Danny and his staff was very welcoming every day. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar that had a great view of the city. And we also used the spa services for nice massages. Our room was very nice and all of the facilities around the hotel was nice. When in Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again and feel like we even made some friends with the staff. Thank you Hotel du Lac Signature for providing us excellent service!"

"Loved everything about this hotel, from the moment I walked in its doors. The reception staff was polite, professional, and fast. The room was immaculate. Jack, the General Manager, obviously trains his staff to a high level of service, and if you meet him when you're there, you'll find him charming and extremely helpful, like old-school service we used to get at the best five-star hotels in Europe (before they were mostly bought out by conglomerates or chains). His kind attention made me feel that the hotel is now a home away from home for me, and I am looking forward to getting back there as soon as I can"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the room was quiet, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you might need. Even had a beautiful view. The pool is nice (covered to keep you out of the sun if needed) and the gym is very large and well-equipped. A short walk to the lake and many amenities and restaurants close by. A very short cab ride to the French district. I've stayed in Hanoi many times and much prefer this area to the French district, which as mentioned is an easy quick trip if you want to visit it. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi. Numerous tour busses come by in the mornings to pick up guests and although I did not do any tours it looks like you can go anywhere right from the hotel front door (Ha Long Bay day trips, etc). Would definitely stay here again."
