"Our plane landed at 9:00 AM and check in wasn't until 4. When we arrived at the hotel, not only were they able to store our luggage for us, they gave us access to the property with a temporary key card. Clemuel, checked to see if he could get us checked in early and he was able to deliver. His customer service was absolutely amazing and our room view was incredible. We will definitely be back.
