"Hotel was mid. We got there 15 minutes before check in time and they wanted to make us wait to check in. Ive never been to a hotel that couldn't accommodate a very slight early check in. They stated it was because they were not done stocking a mini bar. I don't drink alcohol, especially overpriced mini bar alcohol. We tried to call the front desk twice and no one answered. Breakfast is $20 per person and you're in NYC. Why would you pay $20 for basic hotel breakfast when you have so many...

"Absolutely beautiful property! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Mervis was great. She checked us in quickly all while training a new employee. I also love the fact that she did not announce my room number out loud. Women travelers this is especially important, especially if you're traveling by yourself because sometimes nefarious people will sit in the lobby just to listen for women's room numbers so I really appreciated that safety practice.
I also love that the property has...

"First off I want to say the staff here is second to none. They were very accommodating to my needs and in truly grateful. The whole hotel is clean. My only issue was the maintenance of my bathroom, the tub had huge paint chips and the shower was broken. I would stay here again off of the strength of the hospitality I was shown."
