"Check in was fast, easy, & the clerk was fun. Room was clean, comfy & spacious enough Denny’s is about the only option if you do not have a car. Hotel Breakfast was aweful!! At 7:30am the counter was about bare, crew could not keep up with the demand & there was not enough tables to accommodate the guests. Complimentary Transportation from the airport was timely and easy. Pay transportation the hotel arranges for Cruise guests was $15 pp (a little steep) but timely and efficient. "

"The cleanest of the room wasn’t there. Shower curtain dirty looked like mold on it. Shower had hair in it and to top it off when I got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom there were two roaches in there. Will never go again or recommend "

"We arrived super early and the staff was great. They held our luggage and allowed us access to the pool. While by the pool we saw staff cleaning for the day and they cleaned EVERY THING. It was nice to see how much care they put into making the area nice. View was incredible for the hard rock casino across the street. Make sure to splurge for the balcony room. We were upgraded to a better room due to ours not being ready yet and it was beautiful. Staff couldnt have been any better! Bathroom and shower was amazing too! "

Little did he know that I needed this little staycation and just as positivity and generosity made my night a lot more special. I wish I remembered his name so I could give him a proper shout out. " I had a very uncomfortable stay at this Holiday Inn. The AC in my room did not work at all — only the fan would turn on, so the room never actually cooled down. Because of that, the room felt damp and muggy the entire time. It also had a strong carpet/mildew smell, which made it even more unpleasant. Overall, the room did not feel fresh or comfortable, and it really affected the quality of my stay."
